Beeline can adjust your default working days for all your crew members. So if you work Monday-Friday or Monday-Saturday, we can adjust that for you. Just send us an email [email protected].
If you have a crew member that needs a specific day off, you can create an event assigned to them in Housecall. This will tell our system they are not available during that time. If you make the event the entire working day, then we won't suggest any jobs for them in Best Fit. If the event is shorter than their day, then we won't suggest times during that event.
You can create recurring events as well, so maybe they don't work on Wednesdays, just create a recurring event for all day Wednesday's for them.
We have different settings for the events, if you want to only have certain event titles count as time off, or if you want any event regardless of the title to count. Just reach out and let us know how you want us to handle events for your business.
